Good food is a matter of choice. Make foods that nurture and heal, a part of your daily diet.
With more than 33 years of culinary experience and armed with a degree in Microbiology, I have a good understanding of nutrition and health.
I began my writing career by working as a columnist and writer for Tarla Dalal's magazine, Cooking & More, in which I wrote features on food and nutrition. I later published similar articles in The Times of India.
Through my blog, Foodismymedicin, I now wish to share my knowledge and skills with healthy food enthusiasts.
Having grown up in a culture steeped in Ayurvedic traditions and practices, I wish to share my knowledge and encourage you to embrace healthy living with my easy-to-make, traditional Indian, contemporary and fusion recipes, as well as healthy diet tips.
